I. PURPOSE

Support and add value to customers when using products here.

II. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

  • Audience: Customers who have purchased products at EmpireGPL system.

III. EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

  • The product is distributed by the EmpireGPL system.
  • Products with technical defects confirmed by Manufacturer/Suppliers.
  • The product cannot work or lacks features due to lack of templates, licenses.

IV. CONDITIONS OF NO EXCHANGE PRODUCTS

  • The product is not compatible with the customer’s website, server or environment.
  • The customer makes changes within the source code of the original product.
  • The product is not used in accordance with the instructions and purposes of the manufacturer.
  • Bought but changed and don’t want to use it anymore.
  • Not applicable for Basic, Professional and Lifetime membership packages.

V. REGULATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF EXCHANGE PRODUCTS

  • Create a Support tickets.
  • Processing time will be 1-3 working days.
  • Make 1 exchange 1 product (same price).
  • Not applicable to Basic, Professional and Lifetime products.
