Refund Policy

Given the nature of digital content that can be downloaded instantly after a purchase has been made; there is no “trial” or “grace period” after purchasing a subscription or any product, which means all sales are final. Once you have downloaded an item, there is no way to “return” it. We do not offer refunds unless the product fails to work. If you purchase a membership, we do not offer refunds for any reason.

Refund requests will not be entertained by any means if any product has already been downloaded.

Refund Requests

We will assess refund requests on their merits but generally, there is no obligation to provide a refund if:

  • You have changed your mind;
  • You subscribed by mistake;
  • You ask for goodwill;
  • You lack the technical ability to make the item work;
  • You can no longer download the item because it has been removed from our website;
  • You are in breach of our fair play policy.

In addition, we inform you that EmpireGPL is not a manufacturer company and is not responsible for the performance of the downloaded products, whether they meet your expectations or whether the products work efficiently. If this is not acceptable to you, please do not purchase any services or products from us. We will not respond positively to any refund request in this regard.

Monthly/Yearly membership plans do not have access to “Exclusive” Category. If you still buy one of these plans, it means you accept it.

Some products not included any package. Please check the product descriptions first. We will not provide a membership fee for that you are not able to download them.
